Question by : How can i lose ten pounds for weight class?
Im 14 year old girl & I weigh 112. & my height is 5’4. Im a freshman in highschool & i wanna go down to the 102 weight class. How can I lose 10 pounds? My BMI is 19.5. Will I still be healthy & stuff? I don’t have a time limit I just wanna make sure im at that weight by next year & I wanna start losing the weight & just try to maintain it.

Umm………you’re currently a perfect weight for that height…. why don’t you just exercise more?
I’m 115, 5’7, and my DEXA/bmi is 14.4…….

    The fact that your a 14 year old girl makes me think that you shouldn’t be concerned about your weight. Sure you can swing your weight for a match but it will have adverse effects. Maintain the lifestyle you have today and do it gradually via the choices of foods you eat and an active lifestyle.
